1. Purpose
LiberSkin is a subscription wellness service that helps you observe correlations between your lifestyle habits and the state of your skin. LiberSkin does not provide medical advice.
2. Eligibility
The service is reserved for adults (18 years and older).
3. Subscription and billing
The subscription is $16.99/month, charged through our payment processor Stripe. It renews automatically each month until canceled.
4. Cancellation
You can cancel at any time from your account, in one click. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. At that point, all your personal data is automatically deleted.
5. Acceptable use
You agree to use the service in good faith and not to misuse it.
6. Disclaimer — non-medical service
LiberSkin is not a medical device and does not replace a healthcare professional. Its observations are neither a diagnosis nor a treatment. Consult a doctor for any medical advice.
7. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions made based on the service's observations.
8. Personal data
The processing of your data is described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by applicable law; for U.S. consumers, mandatory consumer-protection rights are preserved.
