1. Data controller
The data controller is NIVRAM NVM PRODUCTION (a French sole proprietorship), SIREN 877 775 361, registered office at 50 rue de Terris, 31830 Plaisance-du-Touch, France. Contact: privacy@liberskin.com.
2. Data we collect
Account (email, encrypted password, country, state). Wellness profile: location and type of blemishes, dietary habits, sleep, stress, life context. Conversations with LiberSkin. Payment data is handled directly by Stripe (we do not store your card).
3. Sensitive wellness data
Information about your skin condition, allergies, self-reported feelings (sleep, stress, mood) and any medical context you choose to share with us (current treatments or health conditions) constitutes data concerning health under the GDPR (a special category of data). It is processed only with your explicit consent, collected at the start of your journey, before any such data is gathered. As the service relies on this data, withdrawing this consent results in the closure of your account; you can do so at any time.
4. Purposes
Provide the personalized tracking service, evolve your lists and LiberSkin's memory, manage your subscription.
5. Legal basis
Performance of the contract (providing the service) and your explicit consent for sensitive wellness data.
6. Hosting and processors
Your data is hosted in the European Union (Frankfurt region). Certain technical processors handle data on our behalf: Stripe (payment), OpenRouter and the AI model providers (processing of your conversations with LiberSkin), as well as PostHog (audience measurement, hosted in the European Union, enabled only with your consent). As some of these processors are located outside the European Union, notably in the United States, such transfers are governed by appropriate safeguards under the GDPR (the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses). No data is sold.
7. Retention and deletion
Your data is kept for the duration of your subscription. Upon cancellation, it is automatically deleted at the end of the billing period. You can also request deletion at any time.

9. U.S. residents (CCPA/CPRA)
You have rights to access, delete and correct your data, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your data. We do not sell your data.
10. Washington My Health My Data Act
If you reside in Washington State, your consumer health data is collected and processed only with your consent, and you may request its deletion at any time.
11. Cookies
We use cookies strictly necessary for operation (session, language, anti-bot security). With your consent only, we also use an audience-measurement tool (PostHog, hosted in the European Union) to understand how the service is used and improve it. No measurement tracker is activated until you have accepted. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time via the "Cookies" link at the bottom of the page or in your account area.
